How It Works

1. Choose your favorite sweatshirt color and font.

2. Provide your pet's name.

3. Send a photo of your favorite pet via the "Upload Your Photo" option.

4. If you need to check the design renderings, please leave a message within 24 hours. If we do not receive your message, we will directly embroider and ship it to you. If there is no response within three days after sending you the rendering, we will proceed with the embroidery directly.

Processing and Shipping

· Processing Time: As this is a bespoke item, please allow 3 - 5 working days to complete the design.

· US, EU, UK Delivery: 5 - 7 working days.

· CA, AU, NZ Delivery: 7 - 12 working days.

· Other Delivery: 12 - 20 working days.

Care Instructions

· Turn the clothes inside out before washing.

· Machine wash in cold water.

· Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on medium.

· Do not iron trims.

· Do not dry clean.
